A:

It is the one page sum­ma­ry of your entire report. You are encour­aged to share that with sig­nif­i­cant peo­ple in your life so they can under­stand you at a deep­er lev­el. [Back to Top]

Q:

When I shared the infor­ma­tion in the report with a close friend I thought it would make them treat me dif­fer­ent­ly. Why did noth­ing change?

A:

The About U Report is about you. It’s not about any­one else’s behav­ior, just your own, so you are the only one who can use the infor­ma­tion to man­age your behav­ior. You now know why the behav­ior of oth­ers can cause you stress, and you can share that with them. They may, or may not, remem­ber and change. You can only man­age your­self. [Back to Top]

I com­plet­ed the About U Report, and now I would like to talk with an Advi­sor. How do I do that?

A:

If you pur­chased Advi­sor Feed­back with your Report you will be con­tact­ed short­ly. To upgrade your pur­chase to include Advi­sor Feed­back, return to the “AboutU” page on the Com­pass Set­tings web site, scroll down to the bot­tom and click the Log In link. Log in with your user name and pass­word, click the but­ton labeled, “Add Advi­sor Feed­back”, and sub­mit your pay­ment infor­ma­tion. All team mem­bers need to have their Reports so that you can see how best to work togeth­er. After all your team mem­bers have com­plet­ed the assess­ment Com­pass can pre­pare a series of team reports that mea­sure how your group can oper­ate most effec­tive­ly. This is a process.
